28 September 2024, the Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA) Lower Southern visited the Wyndham Ion Majestic Genting for a significant B2B (Business-to-Business) event. This gathering brought together influential travel industry professionals from southern Thailand and the hotel management team to explore potential collaborations and tourism opportunities.

The event kicked off with a warm welcome from the hotel management, followed by networking sessions to discuss strategies for promoting Genting Highlands as a premier destination for Thai tourists and boosting Wyndham Ion Majestic Genting. The discussions focused on creating tailored travel packages, enhancing customer experiences, and leveraging marketing efforts to attract more visitors from Thailand.
