A Feast of Flavors: Gastronomy Association of Malaysia Visits Wyndham Ion Majestic’s Ambrosia. The aroma of fragrant spices and the clinking of cutlery filled the air at Wyndham Ion Majestic’s Ambrosia restaurant recently, as we had the distinct pleasure of hosting esteemed chefs from the Gastronomy Association of Malaysia for a special buka puasa event. It was an evening of culinary delight, genuine camaraderie, and the celebration of traditional Malay flavors.

Our very own culinary maestros, Chef Sakya and Chef Syah Rolhelmi, showcased their exceptional talent, crafting a delectable array of Malay dishes that tantalized the taste buds of our discerning guests. From savory appetizers to rich, flavorful mains, and sweet, satisfying desserts, the spread was a testament to their passion and expertise.

The evening was more than just a meal; it was a gathering of minds, a sharing of experiences, and a celebration of the culinary arts. The atmosphere was filled with lively conversation and shared appreciation for the intricate flavors and techniques that define Malaysian cuisine. The event culminated in a heartfelt moment as Chef Fadzly Che Omar, Vice President of the Gastronomy Association of Malaysia, presented a Certificate of Appreciation to our dedicated Operations Manager, Encik Kamarul and F&B Manager, Encik Muz. This gesture recognized the exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence the Ambrosia team displayed.
